Added value
The Brake Group really added value to the contract negotiating process between my soon to be employer and myself. They negotiated more PTO, a defined number of office hours vs. rounding and other duties to offer an overall balance and quality of life. They negotiated down my non-compete and repayment obligations for my student loan repayment. Overall, the value they offered was about 11 times what the cost was. Definitely worth it!
