When you are assigned an Agent with The Brake Group, that agent reports in to the CEO weekly and compiles a list of desirable employers in your preferred market(s) based on our database of employer contacts.  The agent then sends a target letter to the appropriate hiring professional, maintaining a spreadsheet of communications with the status of each potential lead. Our proprietary database tracks who has been hired in previous years at each potential employer. Our agent also tracks major job boards and recruiting websites to ensure that every opportunity is properly evaluated.
